"ATTACK A MAN IN HIS PURSE OR HIS TROUSERS' AND YOU HAVE WAR! POST 150

Hi,

Don't get me wrong, I have a number of gay friends and I have no wish to curtail any of their rights or freedoms OR ALIENATE THEM BUT it seems to me that we are going at this GAY RIGHTS subject from the wrong SLANT!

Why upset the religious groups, the self-righteous groups, the patronizing groups (WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY PREFER) ?????? WHY NOT JUST CHANGE THE LAWS THAT STARTED ALL THIS CONTROVERSY !!!!!!!!!!!!! AND LET PEOPLE GET ON WITH THEIR LIVES, THEIR BELIEFS AND THEIR SEXUAL PREFERENCES.

The current controversy is whether the Supreme Court should invalidate laws that ban same sex marriage and whether the Federal law that refuses to recognize same sex marriage is unconstitutional.

IT IS LAW INTERFERING WITH PRIVATE LIVES-- THAT AGAIN AND AGAIN CREATES  CONTROVERSIAL ISSUES THAT ACTUALLY DO NOT BELONG AS LAWS.

 Not many people remember that THIS GAY RIGHTS MOVEMENT BEGAN WHEN WASHINGTON POLITICIANS DECIDED TO REWARD MARRIED COUPLES WITH A TAX BREAK!!!!!!!!!!! AND HAVING CHILDREN WITH AN EVEN BIGGER TAX BREAK!!!!!

SHOULD WASHINGTON instead be CONSIDERING WHAT THEY'RE SPENDING; HOW THEY'RE AFFECTING OUR ECONOMY; WORRYING ABOUT NOT GETTING INTO WAR OR WHAT THEY'RE DOING WITH DRONES;WORRYING OVER TECHNOLOGY'S DEVELOPING CHANGES ETC. ETC.????????????? DO THEY ACTUALLY NEED TO SPEND TIME WITH THEIR CITIZENS ABOUT THE BEDROOM ?????? CAN THEY REALLY SPARE THE TIME ???????????? AREN'T THEY OUT OF THEIR ELEMENT ???????

SEEING HOW MUCH TROUBLE THEY GET INTO, IT SEEMS TO THIS BLOGGER THAT STAYING OUT OF THE AMERICAN BEDROOM IS THEIR BEST CHOICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THERE'S AN OLD SAYING: "ATTACK A MAN IN HIS PURSE OR HIS TROUSERS AND YOU HAVE WAR!!!!"  a bit of history:  MEN USED TO CARRY PURSES IN THOSE DAYS!!!! AND WOMEN DIDN'T WEAR TROUSERS. More history: THIS TAX LAW ON MARRIAGE MADE BY CONGRESS ATTACKED BOTH  PURSES AND TROUSERS FOR VERY WRONG REASONS !!!!!!!!

Since the gay rally for adoption became another point of contention and opinions differ about what is acceptable for children's welfare, the adoption agencies should be in charge and not be subject to issues outside of the welfare of the children. That welfare should be the only option for decision. No State now prohibits Gays from adopting. NOT HAVING A LAW IS  GOOD LAW!!!!!!!

OKAY, NOW WE HAVE ALL THE ELEMENTS OF ATTACK: TROUSERS ( WOMEN DO WEAR THEM  NOW) AND loss of  MONEY.  AND ATTACK GAYS DID WITH THE LARGEST  RALLIES IN THEIR HISTORY  DISTURBING some of the  GAY FOLKS WHO NORMALLY JUST WANT TO LEAD THEIR OWN LIVES QUIETLY AND LIVE AND LET LIVE.  IT SENT SOME OF THEM TO THE STREETS TO RALLY FOR THEIR RIGHTS.

JUST CHANGE THE DAMN LAWS. GIVE ALL SINGLES THE TAX BREAK. LET ADOPTION BE ACCORDING TO THE ADOPTION AGENCY RULES (NOT FEDERAL LAWS--WHAT DO THEY KNOW??????) THE MARRIAGE LAW WAS SIMPLY PUT INTO PLACE BY LEGISLATORS WHO WANTED TO SWEETEN THE IDEA OF MARRIAGE SO THAT YOUNG PEOPLE WOULDN'T LIVE TOGETHER WITHOUT THE BENEFIT OF MARRIAGE !!!!!!!!!!!!!

WELL...........................

THAT WORKED REALLY WELL DIDN'T IT???????????  HETEROSEXUAL COUPLES INCREASINGLY LIVE TOGETHER AND HAVE BABIES WITHOUT MARRIAGE AND GAY COUPLES WANT THE BENEFIT OF MARRIAGE WHILE LIVING TOGETHER AND  TO ADOPT CHILDREN.

AT LEAST IT CONVINCED SOMEONE OF SOMETHING!!!!!!!!!!!

SO NOW THAT THE LAW HAS CREATED ALL THIS DIVISION BETWEEN PEACE LOVING AMERICANS......WASHINGTON IS COMING TO THE RESCUE   ..... WITH WHAT?.....MORE LAWS ?????????????.... THAT WILL CAUSE EVEN MORE PROBLEMS.

GET REAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PUH..................LEEEEEEZE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LET'S JUST TRY FOR ONCE TO BE SENSIBLE!!!!!!!!!! HO HUM !!!!!!!!!! CHANGE THE LAWS CAUSING THE PROBLEMS.!!!!! Will the Supreme Court solve the issue or simply add to it?????????

 Don't rally for the Federal Government to make more LOUSY LAWS but RALLY TO HAVE THEM REPEAL THE LOUSY LAWS already made. STOP USING EMOTION TO FORCE LEGISLATORS TO MAKE AMENDS WITH BAD LAWS.

This blogger realizes that Washington politicians have created the problem but GAY RIGHTS ADVOCATES MUST ATTACK IT FROM THE REALISTIC PREMISE OF 'PURSE AND TROUSERS' AND CHANGE THE  'BAD' LAW THAT CAUSED IT. PUT EMOTIONALISM ASIDE.  This blogger believes  that THIS MUST BE DONE TO AVOID NEW BAD LAW BY THE FEDS THAT COULD  give those who wish to repress or condemn GAYS a NEW STRONG WEAPON TO DO SO.

This blogger realizes that ignoring the rule "unless you have walked in someone else shoes, don't pontificate" is being broken by this blogger but REALITY HAS TO COME FROM SOMEWHERE and often outside a topic is less emotional. AS YOU MAY REMEMBER I AM AGAINST THE GOVERNMENT CONTROLLING WOMEN'S RIGHTS AND THEIR DECISIONS ABOUT THEIR BODIES.  THAT KIND OF RIGHT SHOULD EXTEND TO ALL.

It is my hope that THE CURRENT BLOG WILL HELP WHAT HAS BECOME A REAL GOVERNMENT  INTRUSION IN AMERICAN RIGHTS AND INDEPENDENCE AND WILL HELP GET THE GOVERNMENT OUT OF OUR LIVES AND PARTICULARLY OUT OF OUR  BODIES AND BEDROOMS.
