A THOUGHT for the THOUGHTFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!We could improve the economies in most of the world if we VIEWED WORK DIFFERENTLY. THIS BLOGGER is including a link to a web site at the bottom FROM a forward. Not only are the photographs beautiful but it proves the point.
THINK ABOUT IT!!!!!! When we talk about surfing with surfers, they always tell us what fun it is! Not how much work it is. True of Skiers, Parkourists (vault or jump over "things"), skaters, gymnasts, swimmers and most of the Sports world. They are having FUN!!!!!!!! NEVER MIND HOW MUCH TIME AND EFFORT IT TAKES TO GET TO BE JUST PRETTY GOOD!
Our mind set determines what we consider WORK and what we consider FUN AND EVEN IF FUN REQUIRES WORK,IT STAYS FUN!!!!!!! FUNKY!!!!!!!!!!! Dancers, singers (particular Opera),actors, TV stars MOSTLY consider their WORK, FUN. MOST OF THOSE WHO SEE THEIR WORK AS FUN, PUT IN MUCH LONGER HOURS THAN THE NORMAL 9-5 WORKDAY. ARTISTS, WRITERS (LIKE YOURS TRULY) PUT IN LONG HOURS BUT CONSIDER IT NATURAL. There's no PAY SCALE FOR HAVING FUN AND OFTEN (AGAIN LIKE THIS WRITER) NO REMUNERATION!!!!!!
WHY??????? IT'S FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We put WORK into a category that is seemingly unpleasant and FUN into a category that is seemingly pleasant.
All the times a BOOGIE BOARD RIDER WIPES OUT or a SNOWBOARDER CLOTHESLINES DURING AND AFTER the learning stage becomes designated as FUN. WOW, WHAT FUN TODAY!!!!!!!! WHAT A GREAT DAY, ONLY ALMOST DROWNED FOUR TIMES WHEN WIPING OUT!!!!!!!! ONLY CLOTHESLINED TWICE AND LOST ALL my CLOTHES IN THE SNOW AND WAS IT COLD!!!!!!!!!!What fun!!!
GET THE PICTURE??????????? We WORK very hard at having FUN but we don't call it WORK.
We resent WORKING HARD WHEN WE DON'T SEE IT AS FUN!!!!!!!!!! And no sacrifice is too great for FUN; even an avalanche when skiing down steep mountains; that is, if you escape being killed. Work (that hard to take word), HOWEVER, SHOULD NEVER REQUIRE THE KINDS OF SACRIFICES THAT FUN requires.
We know that ballplayers have to practice MUCHO hours to be good enough to play in the big leagues (if they make it at after all that WORK) THEN THEY HAVE TO CONTINUE TO PRACTICE (WORK) to maintain their position on the team they are PLAYING FOR!!!!!!! We even use a fun word--PLAY--TO TALK ABOUT WHAT THEY DO!!!!!
WHAT'S in a WORD? Obviously a great deal. WORKING is something that people want to cast aside in order to PLAY. But I can't think of a single act of playing OR having fun that doesn't require tremendous effort in order to enjoy it!!!!! WHEN PLAY CHANGES AND MORE WORK IS INVOLVED--DO WE COMPLAIN????????? NOT AS MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!
So do you think that we should rename what we do for a living?????? Suppose the engineer said.I'm going out TO PLAY in the field WHILE doing some engineering and really have some fun! Or if the bookkeeper said well I'm off to the books to add up all those little numbers, and have a ball while I'm doing it! Or the store clerk said, I'm going in to do some selling today and I'm really looking forward to the FUN I'll have when I make those big sales. Maybe the garbage collector might get up in the morning and say I'm going out to clean up the world around me, what FUN to help the environment! The computer geek might say working at the computer is ever changing and it makes my job REAL FUN.
The perception of what we're doing DETERMINES whether it is FUN OR WORK. IF WE SEE IT AS FUN, IT'S FUN. THERE ARE MANY SUCH ANALOGIES BUT NO SENSE IN THIS FUN BECOMING WORK!!!!!!
Having fun changes with each generation and the affluence of the participants. Perception is a very powerful mental tool THAT you can see in the present dialogue from the candidates and from the president. They offer you a vocabulary that creates the kind of perception they want you to enjoy. It's a VERY SUCCESSFUL TECHNIQUE and candidates with just CERTAIN words as their WEAPONS can change your conception of them.
Now what if WE CHANGE some words, OR MAKE a new word for WORK???? After all, if it's only perception that makes some of us hate work, can we find a word to substitute??? You know, COIN A PHRASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!we've TRIED TO DO THAT WITH THE FOLLOWING WORDS: PROFESSION, OCCUPATION, CRAFT, CALLING etc. but none really add up to a frolic, a gambol, or a romp for PLAY!!!!!!!! we EVEN HAVE A EUPHEMISM FOR SEX--A ROLL IN THE HAY!!!!!! So why do we insist on making our MEANS OF LIVELIHOOD a poor substitute for PLAY???????
Maybe this will help: for the bookkeeper perhaps we can JIGGLE the numbers. Jiggling sounds like fun. Perhaps the engineer can PLAY at up scaling a building or romp up the landscape and create a slope. The teacher could FROLIC WITH her classroom to an on-site cattle farm to see how cows are milked. Sounds like FUN. The salesman COULD USE HIS THEATRICAL TECHNIQUES TO GAMBOL WITH HIS CONSUMERS. Sounds good. And THE TRASH MAN could CELEBRATE BEING AN ACTIVE environmental specialist FOR A GREENER WORLD. Conceivable???? Reevaluating the words we use, REPLACING the connotations WE PLACE ON THEM, WILL CHANGE THE WAY THE WORD WORK AFFECTS US AND OTHERS. INDULGE IN A LITTLE WHIMSY. (NOW there's a great word!) Politicians USE WORDS THAT GET YOU TO SEE THINGS THEIR WAY SO THAT THEY CAN ACHIEVE the FUN POWER TO YANK YOUR CHAIN AND AT YOUR EXPENSE.
It occurs to this blogger that if we changed many of the connotations that we place on words, we might ELECT better candidates to office, who would understand what the VOTERS ARE really asking them to do. In other words--THE GAME PLAN. The candidate's real FUN is political POWER and the game play is for the prize -ELECTION when the REAL FUN STARTS. WINNING election MAKES THE CANDIDATE ADMIRED BY VOTERS for playing the game really WELL which NOT ONLY satisfies constituents but also makes non constituents take another look. HEY!!!!!! It's just like PLAYING ANY GAME!!!!!FUN. Politicians recognize A GOOD GAME WHEN THEY SEE ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!! and they want to play. You never hear politicians say they're WORKING politics. 'Course you don't hear them say they're PLAYING politics except in relation to their oponents doing so. A little thought and we see that they love the game and whatever they have to DO TO ACHIEVE THEIR GOAL isn't seen as WORK!!!!!
Don't underestimate the power of words!!!!!!!!!!!!! If they can turn WORK into PLAY and PLAY into WORK, there's no telling what they can do. Can they convince you????????????? You betcha they can! For INSTANCE if you've been asking how America elected a socialist government and looking for someplace or someone to blame, then search no more. WORDS!!!!! In this case ONE word that resonated with the young. CHANGE! What young person doesn't want to produce a world unlike their parents world???? We've all been there, we've all talked about what CHANGE means but have we really understood the power in the word CHANGE? The youth went in good faith to the polls and voted based on words!!!
There are many people out there who have no idea what the word socialism means. They have no idea that it's another word for communism. They have no idea THAT the word progressive includes both those words. These words do not have the connotation of FAILURE that Communism carried. Although the "communist, socialist, progressive" systems are still failing around the world. The Communists discovered the power of words and they changed their name to Socialists and then Progressives. It sounded better, they could slough off the mantle of failure and folks found it less dangerous!!!!!!!!!! That's why the monied communists CHOSE Barack Obama for their spokesperson. He looks like he knows how to play a game people love. (Singing or basketball???) And he knows how to choose and play with words so that the words seem to mean exactly what you want to hear and what the youth in our nation want to hear.
When choosing candidates, in the Congress and the presidency, there is a need to go beyond their chosen words and look realistically at their actions and contributions since they want the power to PLAY the POLITICAL GAME. WOULDN'T POLITICS BE MORE EXCITING IF VOTERS REALIZED THEY WER WATCHING A GAME!!!!!!!!!! FUN FOR POLITICIANS AND FUN FOR THE TEAMS WHO REPUBLICANS AND DEMOCRATS. NAME YOUR TEAM??????? Perhaps it's time for America to TAKE the word WORK and turn it into PLAY IN ALL ENDEAVORS so that we not only enjoy our spare time, but we enjoy all of the time that we spend doing whatever we do.
IT'S PERCEPTION, folks. It is the connotation PLACED on the WORDS Used BY US AND OTHERS!!! Don't be fooled, don't be made a fool of, and don't forget POLITICIANS ARE SALESMEN!!!!!!!! A given politician IS selling you an IDEA for a given amount OF TAXES!!!!!!!!!! What words do you think that A POLITICAL salesman would use and how would you REACT to that selling technique?????????? Would you take it on faith or would you look further into the matter and compare. YOU COMPARE WORK, PLAY, CARS, HOUSES, AND APPLIANCES IN DETAIL!!!! WHY NOT THE PARTICIPANTS IN THE POLITICAL GAME.
Writers are VERY cognizant of what WORDS can do because that's the game they play. AND YOU PROBABLY REALIZE THAT WRITING IS FUN NOT WORK!!!!!!!!!!
Henry Miller once said "CHAOS is the score upon which reality is WRITTEN". To avoid chaos IN THE COMING YEARS, choose to find the REALITY in the rhetoric being offered by OUR POLITICAL SALESMEN as they PLAY the game of POLITICS.

"OUI OUI" COMPLAIN LIKE THE FRENCH post 94
Hi,
As many of you know this blogger has 17 books behind her, and as you may not know, she is starting a new novel.
A friend mentioned a software program that will be the business item of the future for all large companies. It is called Dragon Naturally Speaking and it allows the computer to type as one speaks into a headset. This blogger had a speaking program years ago that wasn't worth the time put into it but this Dragon program is 1000% better.
Not to sound like a commercial,(no, this blogger doesn't have any stock or involvement) it is simply that many of our older citizens are not computer literate (a computer term--not mine) because they never learned to type. It was not a requirement in the decades prior to technology. It was a skill thought only needed by office workers. Technology made typing skills mandatory and although a few folks, who want to be part of the modern movement, are willing to use the one finger hunt and peck option, many just quit in disgust.
Economically, I think that is a shame. There is so much available on the net and so much happening that isn't able to be reported in the news and on TV in any great detail. So this skill is becoming more and more important in staying up with the times. And let's face it, not staying up with the times can become very costly. I'm now using the Dragon to dictate this blog. As you can see it types very well and allows a standing position and freedom of movement instead of sitting, cramped up in front of the computer. I can walk around for about 6 feet since the cord to the headset is quite long. Wireless offers even more freedom but more interference.
It allows you to make new paragraphs and punctuate as long as you give it the command. It is certainly extremely freeing to someone like this blogger, who thinks on her feet. Dictating for me is a comfortable way to handle the writing. For people who are not used to dictating, however, it can seem difficult. Many business executives have past experience in dictating to clerical staff and this kind of a program will come very naturally to them. I see it as a big boost for business since it replaces the need for a clerk or the need for an executive to be computer typing when he/she could be doing more important business.
For those who don't dictate and for whom it is not a natural ability, it's not difficult to learn to do. And there's lots of leeway in the program for errors or to delete whatever you said in the last sentence, paragraph, page, or whole document. You can use it for writing e-mails as well as letters in your composing programs and any other task that requires you to type into the computer. You can use it to search on the Web for the various interests you may have. To this blogger it's a program that should have been invented along with the computer but hindsight is always easier than foresight. And I might add it's easier to make an invention verbally than it is to supply one in the real world.
The computer opens the world to to anyone who is willing to expend some effort on learning new skills. This software broadens that field immensely since one only needs to learn to talk to the computer and it will do the manual labor. Another great feature of using the program is that you can still use the computer keyboard if you wish to delete, make corrections, or insert something you forgot. You can also use the program to do this and it works very well. Since I am just in the early stages of learning all the techniques that are possible, I am amazed by just how much I can accomplish without frustration or having to refer to manuals.
As we all know one of the great drawbacks of many of the more complex software programs in photography and writing as well as accounting etc. etc. are so loaded down with instructions (poor ones at that) that frustration is included when you name the program. This blogger often names programs used to write novels as FRUSTRATION SOFTWARE provided by companies that make their money PROVIDING CLASSES that COST A FORTUNE to take or are in places to which ONE MUST TRAVEL. These companies also are delighted to supply instruction on their programs on the Net for a fee. In short, they make their money teaching you how to use a program, they could have made simpler and easier to use.
Your printer's ink that is more expensive than wine, has hidden the B&W facility for typing with only B&W ink under several layers of menus so that the printer can combine color inks with black and white and the manufacturer can claim it's because it's a richer color. Do you think your correspondent will appreciate the richness??????? YOU'LL BE OUT THE RICHES!!!!!!!!!THE ABILITY TO USE BLACK INK ONLY is hidden so that you have to buy a lot more color ink that costs more. You're buying unnecessary color ink. COMPLAIN!!
As my father-in-law used to say, "IT'S a RACKET".
In other words they build the program so that it's not user-friendly and they make a lot of money on classes of all kinds, instruction books of all kinds, and bank on (literally BANK THE PROFITS) on the FRUSTRATION that their convoluted, unintelligible free instructions cause. It's designed that way folks for reason and the reason is PROFIT.
Now as you know, this blogger is highly in favor of companies making a profit. That profit helps them grow, employs people, and generally makes America better. But there is such a thing as playing the public for SUCKERS. And unfortunately in technology, making SUCKERS OUT OF USERS!!!!! is very profitable! The companies don't have to do their best work to provide a product that is effective. How do they get away with this????? Well, it's a matter of business using business. Companies who need these programs are willing to pay to send their employees wherever, whenever they need to go to learn to use them. Why would they waste profits on something that could be rectified by the original software maker????? Our lovely big government again is the silent partner question!!!!! HOW????? EASY!!!!! TAXES. The costs for these kinds of instructions and travel expenses are highly deductible so it's profitable for both sides. Companies always require deductions to lower their tax rates.
But what about we POOR FOOLS????? Well, so to speak, WE GET THE SHAFT!!!!!!! So although I approve of profit by companies that create a good economy, I also deplore companies that simply take advantage of the profit motive to make a product that is less than excellent. Unfortunately, we see a lot of that anymore. Basically, because as consumers we don't make the demands we need to make about technical products. That's probably because we feel we are the ones who lack the skills.
We could take a page out of French history on food. I'm sure all Frenchmen are not great cooks, although there are a lot of them, but they know the difference between a poorly cooked meal and a good one. And when they get a poorly cooked one, they're not polite about it, they don't question their experience in the kitchen, they COMPLAIN!!!!! And that's the way it should be. We shouldn't have to know how to write the programs to know that they should be USER FRIENDLY!!!!! User-friendly is being set up simply and easily for common use without the need of paid instruction or complicated instructional matter.
The same problem exists now in many browser programs including the one that I am using. The browser programs are beginning to use SECURITY as an excuse to be invasive, controlling, and confusing. This blogger is alerting you that these trends in technology will proliferate to many more programs and as users, we need to do our share of complaining to responsibly keep technology available for everyone. No, I don't mean to add to your problems but frankly, AMERICANS could STAND TO LEARN TO COMPLAIN vociferously as an ART like our friends THE FRENCH.
Another area of concern is the endemic solution some software companies are using to avoid CUSTOMER INTERACTION. Do you know of any other place where you buy a product and you cannot get in touch with anyone personally to discuss the problems you're having or get reasonably easy service for the product?????? There may be a few companies out there like that but this blogger bets there are not too many. However, if you don't start complaining to browser companies, software companies and other technological companies about their attitude of "HOLIER THAN THOU", you're going to find it's a spreading disease and will infect all your transactions with utilities, banks, (who are starting to show some of that trend) grocery stores, and all other places you may shop. In other words, friends, either you stand up and be heard or YOU MAY NEVER BE HEARD FROM AGAIN!!!!!
Be sure if you do start to stand up for your rights, that you let them know that you are doing it to improve their product so that they do not turn around and use the complaints as an excuse to further distance themselves from their consumer. After all you know WE keep them in business. WE are their most important asset. Without US, there is no product, there is no company, and there is no profit. Remember that the next time technology frustrates you. You don't have to put up with it. It's not your fault, no matter how the company tries to convince you that it is. It is up to them to produce a product that is easy and workable to use.
IF THEY CAN'T DO that then they deserve to find another way to make a living.

RECOGNITION VOTING CHOOSES FREEDOM LOSERS Post 93
Hi,
The changes in America and the influences of the Sixties are becoming more and more apparent in our current political scene. It is becoming an increasingly important economic factor in all of our American activities.
A current book on economics cites a number of studies showing the mental security patterns of all people. We unconsciously recognize certain traits that indicate danger, or tell us certain characteristics of a stranger. We record these and many times sidestep dangerous situations.
Make no mistake about it, we live in a different world. A dangerous one in which we rarely bother to meet or know our neighbors, who may be part of the world we hardly recognize. Crime in America has risen since the downturn and AND ALTHOUGH crime rates have statistically dropped, many areas in our nation, that have never experienced criminal problems, are now doing so. Young people have to be alert to danger even more than we were taught to be and in doing so, they do come to rely on recognition as a source of escape from danger.
UNFORTUNATELY, THEY ALSO USE MANY OF THESE TRAITS WHEN THEY VOTE!!!!! The aforementioned study sites that almost 3/4 – (FOLKS, that is almost 75%!!!!!) of the voters, who mainly watch a lot of television, use computers, and cell phones, tend to use the RECOGNITION faculty to choose candidates. This indicates that LOOKS BECOME THE IDENTIFYING TRAIT that is sought in numerous candidates. Of course, that kind of voting can work both ways. In the case of past presidents like Ronald Reagan, it became an asset. In our current situation, it became a liability, since it's been recorded that many young voters (in fact the record shows most) voted on a basis of YOUTHFUL and BIASED recognition in the 2008 election.
The BIAS SURPRISINGLY or maybe not so surprisingly was based on the necessity to show a lack of racial discrimination. FOR YEARS and even now most American were accused of prejudices they did not hold. That kind of accusation has been encouraged by many groups in America, who have used it as a source of power, extension of guilt, and propaganda against American values. It's also been used to fund many programs,that may or may not have been necessary, based on that inculcated guilt. America's GUILT COMPLEX has been the source of great economic loss and unreasonable RETRIBUTION AND CONDEMNATION by other countries as well as her own citizens.
There's no doubt that America made mistakes in the past but there is also no doubt that Americans have worked very hard to overcome those mistakes most of which were part of other generations. Americans also have also sought to provide relief for those affected. Citizens have done more in this country than in any country in the world to right its wrongs, but this blogger believes there comes a time when ENOUGH is enough!!!!!
And folks, this blogger is here to say THAT TIME IS NOW.
THIS ELECTION MUST NOT BE BASED ON RECOGNITION ONLY!!!!!!! ELECTING OF ONLY the PRESIDENT can be a case of a PRETTY FACE. I've said this before. In fact, it's important that we return the president's office to the place in our government that it was intended. The president should oversee the conduct of Congress and the nation. A good executive can do this, even someone with a pretty face.
The CONGRESS of the UNITED STATES should be elected only through concerned thought and information about VOTING RECORDS and POLITICAL POSITIONS. These cannot always be found on the television. Television bias, press bias, and many other factors interfere with the FACTS! It's going to be necessary for the voters of this country to spend some amount of time finding out about CONGRESSIONAL candidates. Don't vote for anybody because you THINK they're all right! That's again only going to be based on recognition (and emotion) not facts. IT IS TIME TO DO OUR HOMEWORK just like we learned in school or should have.
The youth of this country is going to be too busy doing the things they love doing to bother with VOTING HOMEWORK unless they are indeed RARE and INSIGHTFUL young citizens. The rare do exist but not in the GREAT HAPPENING numbers needed to vote out the present administration. IT'S GOING TO BE UP TO THE OLDER MEMBERS of our society to do the job of checking out those running for Congress, particularly the Senate, and pass along the information to their children and grandchildren.
Does this blogger hear you complaining that you have already paid your dues??? Well hey, REMEMBER WHAT OUR PARENTS AND GRANDPARENTS (if you were one of the lucky ones) DID when we took a wrong turn????? THAT'S RIGHT!!!!! They were there for us. THEY WERE THERE FOR US!!!!! This is the future generations we're talking about. This is the America the children and grandchildren are going to live in for the next hundred years if they're lucky. But they won't be so lucky if it's an America bound in communist SLAVERY or socialist PENURIOUSNESS or progressive 'PHANTASY'!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Maybe you should think about putting a down payment of DEEP THOUGHT into this election not only for their sake but your own. I know that this blogger wants to finish her career and her life in the free America she's always known. It doesn't seem a lot to ask but as we look ahead to the 2012 election and realize that it is a deciding point in our history, we must RECOGNIZE that there is far more to maintaining freedom than imagined. We have all TAKEN OUR FREEDOM for granted. We often forget how hard earned it was for our forefathers. We have a chance to DEFEND THAT FREEDOM AT THE VOTING POLLS IN 2012 AND NOT IN THE STREETS IN HAND TO HAND COMBAT IN THE FUTURE.
That seems such a simple choice. CAN'T we choose a peaceful path to maintaining freedom? This blogger certainly hopes so. War is never pretty and peaceful solutions are such good options. We expect our government to choose peaceful solutions. Shouldn't we?????
THINK ABOUT YOUR CONGRESSIONAL CANDIDATES AND BE SURE THEY REPRESENT YOU!!!!!!!!!!!THEY ARE AMERICA'S BLOCADE TO TYRANNY!!!!!!!!! Choose freedom peacefully by voting THOUGHTFULLY.

GOLDIROCKS AND THE THREE PIGGERS POST 92
Hi,
This week the blog will cover a new fairytale "GOLDIROCKS" that this blogger thought you might enjoy. The tale is prompted by the ludicrous amounts of money that all candidates are spending or planning to spend on their possible elections including the President. I HOPE YOU FIND THE SATIRE ENJOYABLE.
"A family of voters named PIGGERS arose and turned on the TV before breakfast. Since the only thing currently on was a program advertising Presidential nominees, the family decided to take a walk around the neighborhood.
Since they were going to be gone just a short time, they left their door unlocked so that when a stranger called "GOLDIROCKS", a candidate in the 2012 election, came along and knocked to no answer, he tried the door and found it open.
"I wonder who lives here and if they'd donate to my campaign?" he said aloud and looked in the window. No one seemed to be at home, so GOLDIROCKS walked inside. He felt doing so was his right and sat down in the PAPA CHAIR in front of the TV. Since the program involved other candidates, he moved to the MAMA CHAIR to retrieve the TV control and switched the channel. Another program showed how much the candidates were acquiring to SPEND on their campaigns so GOLDIROCKS listened INTENTLY.
The newscaster decided to recount CONTRIBUTIONS from October to December of the previous year and when he got to GOLDIROCKS, he divided THE CONTRIBUTIONS into four groups because GOLDIROCKS had many donations from ZEALOUS PARTY MEMBERS. THE NEWSCASTER pointed up THE IMPORTANT $500,000 group. GOLDIROCKS was very proud of the $75 million, already raised FOR HIM in the year before the election.
GOLDIROCKS had contributions from the CEO of a public relations firm with a large lobbying business. Of course, GOLDIROCKS always rejected contributions from LOBBYISTS and since the CEO was not a lobbyist, it looked all right TO THE PUBLIC. GOLDIROCKS was amused that the CEO's donations were anonymous so that no one could point a finger at GOLDIROCKS. Of course, there would be Chicago style demands on the government but WHAT ELSE IS NEW? Besides, GOLDIROCKS thought government candidates should reward the loyal.
Another big, SUCCESSFUL fundraising EFFORT for GOLDIROCKS was done by a large PHARMACEUTICAL company. The executive vice president, who directed the fundraising, was in charge of the pharmaceutical maker's Government relations operations. GOLDIROCKS really liked that group of contributers since it spoke to the new health care program he was credited with forcing Congress to pass called GOLDIROCKS CARE. According to the TV newscaster GOLDIROCKS' roster included bundles of money from New York as well as California movie producers and MOVIE STARS. "Those movie people really like me, lots of Socialists in TV and movies", GOLDIROCKS gloated aloud.
He chuckled as the newscaster talked about the millions that would be spent by his opposition in the 2012 election. It amused GOLDIROCKS that if he won the election, his opponent would have wasted millions. This simply PROVED TO GOLDIROCKS that there was a LOT OF MONEY IN AMERICA THAT CITIZENS SHOULD PUT IN THE HANDS OF THE GOVERNMENT so it could be spent wisely by him. GOLDIROCKS enjoyed SPENDING OTHER PEOPLE'S MONEY. He could hardly wait for the election which GOLDIROCKS was assured was his so that he could have the taxpayers' funds for whatever projects he deemed necessary.
Since GOLDIROCKS was tired he stretched out in the chair and dozed off. The PIGGERS returned home to find GOLDIROCKS asleep and in Mama Piggers chair. They were startled to find him in their home and wondered why he had ignored the sanctity of their abode.
"GOLDIROCKS is sleeping in my chair", Mama Pigger exclaimed.
"Someone's been sitting in my chair", said Popper Pigger as baby Pigger jumped on GOLDIROCKS' lap and woke him up.
"Are you going to live with us?" Baby Pigger asked.
GOLDIROCKS leaped up startled, dumping baby Pigger on the floor and said, "I am just here to get more money for my campaign."
Just then the TV newscaster announced that GOLDIROCKS had collected $75 million, "and more to come as the campaign gets closer to election."
"But you already have all that money for your campaign." Mama Pigger said, "Why do you need more?"
"Yeah," Popper Pigger joined in, "we need money from you and the government, since you have NOT SOLVED MY UNEMPLOYMENT problem, our financial woes about our home being FORECLOSED, or any of the other things you said you do when we voted for you last time."
GOLDIROCKS glared at them, thinking how dare they question his WORK IN OFFICE. What did they know? They were JUST VOTERS and out of the main stream of government. They had NO RIGHT to any opinion. I am out of here, he thought.
GOLDIROCKS turned and moved toward the door. "Where are you going?" The Pigger family asked in unison.
"I don't like being disagreed with or QUESTIONED ABOUT MY MOTIVES so I don't want to discuss this with you. It's useless." And GOLDIROCKS walked rapidly toward the door.
"Why don't you GIVE most of that 75 million to the GOVERNMENT to help pay AMERICA'S debts and make the ECONOMY STRONGER?" Mama Pigger asked. "If you set an EXAMPLE for the other candidates all those millions, MAYBE BILLIONS of dollars could be spent to make AMERICA strong again economically and make it better for us Piggers."
GOLDIROCKS turned back angrily, and shook his finger at Mama Pigger. "I am the candidate and I deserve this money to fight back selfish, uncaring people like you who don't understand that you must learn to GIVE UNQUESTIONINGLY to others and ACKNOWLEDGE MY RIGHT TO MAKE THE DECISIONS. You are not intelligent enough to know that I know WHAT is right. Besides the National DEBT IS IN THE TRILLIONS. $75 MILLION DOLLARS IS A DROP IN THE BUCKET. I have obviously come to the wrong house and will find another."
