THE BEST IS YET TO COME IN THE "NEW TECHNOLOGICAL ECONOMY"POST 113

Hi,

Much as this blogger hates to say it, the Supreme Court ruling on the Health Care bill put the ball right back in the Congress and voter's court where it belonged. It would have been much simpler if the Court had ruled differently but probably not as fair. There are a lot of folks in this country who support the bill as well as a lot who are against it. Ultimately it was the Congress and Executive Branch that passed it, although part of the Congress was a much different group than today.

So what is the answer for those who opposed the health care bill?
VOTE! VOTE! VOTE! VOTE! VOTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!AS IF YOUR HEALTH DEPENDS ON IT!!!!!!! IT DOES! VOTE!

vOTE For changes in the Congress specifically the Senate since it no longer has a balanced voting record. By changing the Congress a NEWLY SELECTED Congress in 2012 can take the Health Care Bill under advisement, repeal it totally, or repeal parts of it that are abhorrent such as the "TAXES" included within it and other hidden burdens to voters.

It was the 2008 heavily Democratic party CONGRESS and the PRESIDENT, who kicked this new HEALTH plan into the public SECTOR, BUT it WILL BE THE CONGRESS elected two years later (2010) PLUS WHATEVER NEW CONGRESSMEN ARE ELECTED IN 2012, WHO must be the ones who make it right. VOTING FOR A NEW PRESIDENT WILL ALSO GO A LONG, LONG WAY IN PRODUCING A BETTER BILL.

The President has the right to VETO ANY LAW PRODUCED BY CONGRESS as is MOST likely with President Obama on CONGRESSIONAL CHANGES in the HEALTH CARE BILL. The SITTING President, however, owes the American people a Health Care Bill that doesn't just represent HIS views but one that represents the TAXPAYERS' (YOUR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) VIEWS AND it will most likely rest on COMPROMISE.

The BEST LAWS are almost always based on compromise between opposing views and although that does not always create the most agreeable laws, it keeps a nation moving in the same direction and keeps its citizens from getting restless and fomenting REVOLUTION. Revolution is not necessarily productive for its citizens as we have seen in the MIDDLE EAST AND CAN BE VERY DAMAGING. So, it has to become an action of LAST RESORT as it was in our history except for the Cival War.

OUR AMERICAN GOVERNMENT HAS BEEN DESIGNED TO AVOID JUST SUCH CATASTROPHIC ACTION by employing the three sectors of government. The Excecutive branch (ie: THE PRESIDENT), THE CONGRESSIONAL BRANCH, AND THE JUDICIAL BRANCH (ie: THE SUPREME COURT) and it is because there is so much room for appeal by voters that it has survived without bloodshed for OVER 200 YEARS.

iT IS A STRONG AND GOOD SYSTEM. It is our luck to have it and it really is the system that will eventually bring prosperity to all.

Why can't we afford to hire labor in this country and have to import immigrants (legal or illegal)?????????HAVE YOU EVER THOUGHT ABOUT IT?????????

IT'S BECAUSE WE HAVE RAISED THE STANDARD OF LIVING FOR OUR CITIZENS TO A POINT THAT THEY HAVE NOWHERE TO GO BUT UP!!!!!!!!!!! BUSINESS AS IT STANDS thinks it CAN'T AFFORD THEM!!!!!!

NOW ISN'T THAT A HIT IN HEAD???????? WE HAVE DONE SO WELL WE ARE SUFFERING FROM OUR OWN SUCCESS!!!!!!!! THINK ABOUT THAT!!!!!!!!!!BUT AND THIS IS A BIG BUT!!!!!!!!!! THE INVENTION OF TECHNOLOGY WAS A CHANCE TO SOLVE THAT PROBLEM AND IT WILL IF WE CAN GIVE IT THE TIME!!!!!!!!!!

Success should mean MOVING FORWARD not GOING BACKWARD into FAILING SYSTEMS AROUND THE WORLD BASED ON SOCIALISM. The modern world requires a TECHNOLOGICAL SYSTEM EMPLOYING OUR MANY AMERICANS in NEW JOBS AND THAT TRAINING SHOULD BE HAPPENING IN EVERY COLLEGE IN OUR COUNTRY!!!!! The idea of TECHNOLOGY has to be to REDUCE COSTS OF PRODUCING MORE GOODS AND RESERVE THAT SAVING ON THAT PRODUCTION FOR SALARIES.

It's a simple concept that requires EMPLOYERS TO THINK DIFFERENTLY IN TERMS OF LABOR. THE LABOR COST BECOMES MORE PREDOMINANT THAN THE COST OF the GOODS PRODUCED BY TECHNOLOGY. Not really mind boggling--SIMPLY a REVERSAL of the CURRENT PRECEPT OF ECONOMICS.

DON'T TRY TO REDUCE LABOR IN A DOWNTURN!!!!!!! RAISE TECHNOLOGY WITH NEWLY TRAINED LABOR WHICH CAN REDUCE THE COST OF GOODS AND THE PROFIT SPREADS TO ALL.

It is after all A TECHNOLOGICAL REVOLUTION (better than a people revolution) AND THE 'NERDS' AND 'TECHIES' need to convince the OLD ECONOMISTS OF THE "NEW ECONOMY" AND ITS BASIS. GET CRACKIN' YOU GUYS!!!!!!! BESIDES TRAINING WE NEED REEDUCATION IN THE TRENCHES!!!!
America is POISED ON THE BRINK OF A VERY REAL BREAK THROUGH IN WHAT NEEDS TO BE CALLED "THE NEW TECHNOLICAL ECONOMY" that OLD ECONOMISTS DON'T WANT TO RECOGNIZE AND ENCOURAGE AND THE NEW ECONOMISTS MUST!!!!!!!!!

And if when "NEW TECHNOLOGICAL ECONOMY" MATERIALIZES HEALTH CARE and other cares including EDUCATION (TECH education outside college maybe)EMPLOYMENT, AND FINANCE can become part and parcel of a NEW WAY TO VIEW THE WORLD ECONOMIES!!!!!!HANG IN FOLKS--THE BEST IS YET TO COME!!!!!!!!!

THIS IS ONLY A BUMP IN THE ROAD FOR AMERICA that the Socialists hope to take advantage of in order to prolong the OLD ECONOMIC SYSTEMS. WE HAVE ALLOWED THIS LARGE BODY OF PEOPLE INTO OUR COUNTRY ILLEGALLY, TAKEN NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR DOING IT, AND DON'T ADMIT THE NEGLIGENCE IN ENFORCING THE LAW. ALLOWING THEM TO STAY, MAKING LEGITIMATE TAXPAYERS FOOT THE BILL AS THEY MADE AMERICA THEIR HOME AND EDUCATED THEIR KIDS, THEN ONLY ON MATURITY SAYING--GO HOME!!!llllllllllllll

Does that leave a sour taste in your mouth. IT CERTAINLY MAKES THIS BLOGGER WONDER WHAT HAPPENED TO OUR ETHICS.

FIRST, CHANGE THE LAW OF IMMIGRATION TO MORE REASONABLE  CIRCUMSTANCES IN THE MODERN WORLD AND THEN ENFORCE!!!!!!!!!!!! IT. If the U.S. does not intend to enforce its laws then DON'T MAKE ANY.

If the laws on substance abuse are no longer valid and more people are breaking them than following CHANGE THEM TO MEET REASONABLE EXPECTATIONS. Or don't make the law.

AMERICA SHOULD NOT PRACTICE HYPOCRISY THEN EXCUSE ITSELF ON THE BASIS OF POLITICS. THE ONLY LAWS THAT ARE RESPECTED ARE THOSE THAT WORK FOR THE MAJORITY OF CITIZENS. And then only those CITIZENS basically mature enough to understand consequences.

WE HAVE A GREAT AND GOOD NATION that sometimes loses its way in the face of the changes that MODERN LIFE  presents. However, when we continue to choose not to take action at all and refuse to demand the changes necessary to elicit responsible behavior in our nation, then we are failing our role as citizens.

Again, this blogger calls on the INGENUITY OF OUR CITIZENS for answers to the ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION PROBLEM both in terms of stopping the illegality of it and in terms of SOLVING THE PROBLEMS caused by years of NEGLECT. NOT JUST SMART ALECK COMMENTS OR COMPLAINTS BUT GOOD SOLUTIONS!!!!!!!!

This blogger is not happy to be tackling an economics problem that is beyond most bankers and financial analysts AND CERTAINLY ME. THE PROBLEM IS THAT it needs to be discussed and with the help of research perhaps some insight can be achieved.

In 2009 the United States' external debt AS A PERCENT OF THE GDP stood at 99.46% and in 2011, it stood at 101.1% which is a significant increase. IF YOU FOLLOW THAT IN DOLLARS the 101.1% represents $14.83 trillion SMACKERS. Possibly a stack of bills in rows of ten to Mars and back or more. That figure in 2010 (sorry the 2009 dollar figure was illusive-we weren't as worried then!!!!!!!) was $14.66 Trillion which doesn't sound that different except we are TALKING TRILLIONS HERE SO THAT AMOUNTS TO $170 BILLION AND THAT'S A BUNCH!!!!!!!!!!!

NOT AS MANY FIGURES COMING DOWN THE WEB PIKE IN 2012. UH OH!!!!!!!!! GERMANY, one of Europes' strong economies had a 185.1% ratio or $5.44 Trillion in 2011 but of late is yelling foul to the Euro nations. Germany sacrificed to join the euro union and make it successful. Looks like the untion has successfully put Germany on the brink as well!!!!!!!

Now, let's try some comparisons. Greece which has been rapidly going down the tube financially was at 161.l% in 2009 and went to 182.2% in 2010 and shortly thereafter went into DESPERATION MODE.

SPAIN AND ITALY MEANWHILE WITH percentages of 2009 percentages respectively of 171.7 and 126.7 got a respite with help from banking neighbors. Spain's average HOWEVER in 2010 climbed to 179.4% or 1.37 Trillion SPANISH MACKREL AND NOW THEY ARE YELLING FOR HELP TO TAKE OUT THE HOOK!!!!!!!!!!! I DIDN'T SEEK THE CURRENT FIGURES because for our discussion, it's enough to know they are in DEEP DO DO!

THESE FIGURES MEAN LITTLE TO THE AVERAGE JOE/JANE for a number of reasons. We are dealing with DIFFERENT SIZE economies, DIFFERENT types of CURRANCY and DIFFERENT NUMBERS OF PEOPLE AND THOSE DIFFERENCES boggle the mind. Asia's figures are even higher than Europe's debt balances. I refer you to the Web and the various financial breakdowns you can find there.

So, how do we find a REALITY AMONG ALL THE NUMBERS THROWN AT US. HATE TO SAY THIS BUT WE CAN'T!!!!!!!!!!! First in the list TO FIND REALITY is to START WITH REALITY. THERE IS NONE HERE!!!!!!!!!! This is paper debt based on the quote and unquote PROGRESSIVE THINKING. THERE IS NO BASIS IN REALITY.(*** NONE, NOT, NADA***) THESE NUMBERS STARTS WITH THEORY, ADD CONJECTURE, AND END WITH FAILURE!!!!!

No, America is not to blame. We don't set the policies for foreign governments. They do that. If blame goes to anyone BLAME WORLD SOCIALISTS who HAVE INTERFERED ALL OVER THE GLOBE AND PLAYED ON THE MONEY FIELD AND STRUCK OUT!!!!!!!!!! THE ONLY TRUE ECONOMY WILL BE THE HARD CURRENCIES OF GOLD, SILVER, METALS ETC. AND THEY WILL BE SCARCE. It's not the kind of news you want to hear or the kind THIS BLOGGER WANTS TO GIVE. IS THERE HOPE??????? THERE'S ALWAYS HOPE EVEN AS ONE DROWNS ONE HOPES TO COME UP ONE MORE TIME!!!!!!!!!!! But when even George Soros, the leading Communist MANIPULATOR who directs these FINANCIAL FANTASIES (find his "failure is in the making speech" remarks at the festival of economics Trento, Italy on the web) ADMITS (but NOT HIS PART in it, of course)that there is a BIG FALLOUT AHEAD, this blogger thinks it's time to at least attempt to turn AMERICA'S TIDE.

WE DEPERATELY NEED SOMEONE IN THE EXECUTIVE OFFICE WHO DEEPLY UNDERSTANDS THE PROBLEMS FACING AMERICA so that the veto power is not a RIFLE waiting to be SHOT!!!!!!!! WE DESPERATELY NEED A CONGRESS THAT UTILIZES ALL OF THE RULES OF ECONOMIC SAFETY UNDER ITS POWER. THE U.S. NEEDS TO BUY???? MORE GOLD OR MINE??? IT!!!!!!!DITTO SILVER!!!!!!It needs TO REDUCE THE DEBT AS FAST OR FASTER THAN IT IS GROWING.

There are programs all over the United States that can be cut. Yes, it will hurt but not as much as the kind of poverty we could have on the horizon for millions of people.

SURE, THERE WILL BE PEOPLE WHO WILL MAKE GAINS ON THE BACKS OF THE PEOPLE WHO SUFFER. THERE ALWAYS ARE IN ANY CRISIS OR HARD TIMES (THIS BLOGGER BETS GEORGE SOROS ALREADY HAS HIS BID IN TO MAKE MONEY ON THE FINISH) BUT AMERICA STILL HAS A CHANCE OF TURNING THE TSUNAMI AWAY FROM ITS SHORES BY ELECTING THE WISE, THE PRUDENT, AND THE STRONG TO CONGRESS AND THE EXECUTIVE OFFICE!!!!!!!!

CALLING ALL CREATIVE, INGENIOUS AMERICANS FOR THAT "SHINING CITY ON THE HILL"! POST110

There are a lot of good economic ideas out in the American Hinterlands and we really need a website to handle contributions from creative and inventive folks. But this blogger is not starting one!!!!!!!!!!!!! Legally, I don't know the ramifications but I'm sure a good legal staff can address the issues.

However, it won't hurt to pass on a couple of ideas. What about STOPPING ROBBERIES IN RENTAL CARS BY INSTALLING A TRACKING DEVICE? It could serve as a deterrent to robbers and to rental car thieves. The police in crime ridden areas should have full access. If there is already a tracking device THEN MAKE IT AVAILABLE.

This is an excellent thought for HEALTH CARE INSURANCE. WHY NOT MAKE GROUP PLANS AVAILABLE TO ORGANIZATIONS, CLUBS, GROUPS OF ALL KINDS OUTSIDE OF BUSINESSES. There also could be a HOME EMPLOYMENT GROUP AND GIVE THE MANY HOME self-employed the benefit of group rates and benefits. Naturally, there woiuld be provisions for minimum enrollment but many men and women's groups like Rotary or Federated Women's clubs have many branches in which to open membership. Art Clubs are surprisingly prolific across the 58 states (oh excuse this blogger, Mr. President: the 57 states-which one did you boot???????)

SOME SMART INSURANCE COMPANY COULD find THE IDEA a BONANZA. Technology makes this entirely possible like many ideas not yet formed.

HERE'S A THOUGHT: how about some FURTHER coordination and organization of a number of the State Government Bureaus in the United States. States rights should include STATE SHARING in A GREATER AMOUNT IN areas that either OVERLAP OR DUPLICATE the efforts of states to govern. Maybe regional sharing. THAT'S AGAIN WHERE COMPUTERS AND TECHNOLOGY ARE MOST USEFUL. NOT JUST BETWEEN NATIONS!!!!!!!! BETWEEN STATES!!!!!!!

No, not Federal Government involvement but INDIVIDUAL STATES SHARING INFORMATION AND APPROACHES TO VARIOUS PROBLEMS AND/OR COMBINING EFFORTS WHERE THERE IS RAPPROCHEMENT. Of course,interstate agreements must be approved by Congress (U.S.ONSTITUTION-ART.I,Sec.10) but after all we all live in the same country, most speak English, share similiar values. THERE MUST BE PLENTY OF AREAS OF AGREEMENT!!!!!

Do you think that REGISTRATION OF AMERICAN VOTERS COULD BE SOLVED EASILY BY PUTTING THEIR VOTER RIGHTS ON BIRTH CARDS, SOCIAL SECURITY CARDS, NATURALIZATION CARDS ETC. ETC. SO THAT IF YOU ARE A CITIZEN YOUR RIGHTS ARE VERY CLEAR!!!!!!!! It would stop this INFERNAL CLATTER ABOUT DENYING RIGHTS!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe the recent generation would prefer to have it tattooed on their tushies so they could show their bottom to the politicians. Frankly, this blogger doesn't give a FIG HOW IT IS MADE CLEAR. How's this for VOTING????????? Spend some money on VIDEOS, MOVIES, TALK SHOWS etc. to SHOW THE ELEGANCE OF COUNTRIES WHERE CITIZENS' VOTING HAS CAPTURED A LIFE STYLE far more favorable, spiritual, and luxurious than countries where voting is OUTLAWED!!!!!!!!!!! Not a difficult task showing the difference of voter accomplishment when America is a prime example of voters earning economic stability, an open expression of spirituality for all, as well an aura of glamour and good times. Japan is another good example. This type of PROSPERITY AND LIFE STYLE attracts young people better than devisive, ugly political dialogue. COME ON YOU CREATIVES--GET WITH THE VOTING GIG.

This blogger loved this idea. LIMIT POLITICAL SPENDING BY AGREEMENT BETWEEN POLITICAL PARTIES FOR REELECTION BASED ON THE OFFICE SOUGHT. THEN ASK CANDIDATES TO DONATE the amounts PREVIOUSLY SPENT over the NEW LIMIT either to CHARITY OR TO OUR DESPERATELY BROKE GOVERNMENT PROGRAMS!!!!!!!! Let's put their money where their mounth is--a far, far better use and thing to do!!!!!!!!!!!

A SOLUTION was offered TO THE ILLEGAL ALIEN PROBLEM to be SOLVED BY THE GOVERNMENT SINCE IT WAS CAUSED BY THE GOVERNMENT. There's a humorous family story that might make the point even better. When we got a dog with all the promises of care SOON forgotten, the kids would let the dog into the fenced back yard to do its business. Told to bury it, the intentions may have been good but the shoveling was forgotten. Getting tired of cleaning up and the reminders, I left them an invitation after school on their favorite dining table one day and it said:
