EVEN THE CROSS FLORIDA BARGE CANAL, THAT DASTARDLY SCHEME THAT HAS BECOME INFAMOUS IN FLORIDA'S HISTORY ALONG WITH GOVERNOR CLAUDE PEPPER, DIDN'T CALCULATE TO DO AS MUCH HARM TO THIS WHOLE STATE AS THIS "ALL ABOARD FLORIDA" BULLET TRAIN WILL DO TO THE TREASURE COAST. THE HARM IS ALMOST INCALCULABLE AND THE FAILURE OF THE PROJECT FINANCIALLY ALMOST PREDICTABLE.

WHAT ELSE CAN YOU EXPECT FROM DEVELOPERS WHOSE DESTINY IS NOT PLACED ON THE SUCCESS OF THE BULLET TRAIN.  THIS BLOGGER HAS A FEELING THEY COULD CARE LESS !!!!!!!!!!!! NOT WHEN THERE IS ALL THAT LOVELY LAND ALONG THE TREASURE COAST AND ABOVE THAT WILL BE ADVERSELY AFFECTED,

PRICES FOR PROPERTY WILL GO DOWN FROM THE IMPACT (BODILY AS WELL AS COSTLY) EVEN IN THOSE LESS DEVELOPED AREAS AND THOSE SAME DEVELOPERS CAN OBTAIN LAND AND HOMES  CHEAPER AS WELL AS  BUILD FIVE TO TEN THOUSAND OR MORE HOMES ON THE WESTERN LANDS WHILE DEVELOPING THE COASTAL REGION.

THESE DEVELOPERS HAVE TRIED IN EVERY WAY TO SECURE LARGE DEVELOPMENTS WEST OF HOBE SOUND AND THE OTHER ADJACENT AREAS AND FAILING APPROVAL HAVE SOUGHT THIS METHOD OF OBTAINING THE LAND THEY SEEK. THEY CLAIM THEY WANT TO DEVELOP COMMERCIAL PROPERTY NEAR THE RAILROAD STATIONS AND EVEN PRODUCED A PHOTO OF A SINGLE BUILDING NEAR WEST PALM BEACH AS INTENDED CONSTRUCTION. SMALL POTATOES !!!! YEAH RIGHT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THE DEVELOPERS FAIL TO POINT OUT THAT THE RAILROAD TRACKS RUN THROUGH SOME OF THE PRIME LAND AND REAL ESTATE IN NORTHERN PALM BEACH COUNTY, SOUTHERN MARTIN COUNTY, AND NORTH TO  INDIAN RIVER COUNTIES. IT GOES THROUGH LAND THAT WAS VACANT WHEN THE RAILROAD WAS BUILT AND NOW IS FILLED WITH NATURE PRESERVES, PARKS  AND  HOMES AND ROADS.

A SMALL ALMOST PRISTINE,  PART OF  OLD FLORIDA!!!!!!!!!HISTORIC !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO LONGER AVAILABLE  ELSEWHERE (EXCEPT PRIMITIVE ISLANDS) WITH BEACH FRONT THAT ALMOST HAS THE PURITY OF ITS ORIGINAL STATE!!!!!!!!!!!!

AND THEY CAN'T STAND TO LEAVE IT ALONE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 WHO CARES ????????????? CERTAINLY NOT THE DEVELOPERS--AFTER ALL THEY SEE ALL PROPERTY AS THEIR RIGHT FOR PURCHASE FOR THEIR INCREASED WEALTH AND INCOME !!!!!!!!!! THEY DON'T SEE IT  AS SACRED TO THE OWNERS OR TO NATURE!!!!!!!!!!!!

OF COURSE IF YOU'RE A DEVELOPER PLANNING TO RIP OFF PRIME REAL ESTATE AND FILL IT WITH LOTS AND LOTS OF PEOPLE  AND DEVELOPMENT  THEN YOU CAN BE A GOOD DOOBY AND PAY THE "GENERATED $100 MILLION DOLLAR LOSSES" OUT OF YOUR PROFIT FROM BEING A "ROBBER BARON" AND LAND RICH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THESE DEVELOPERS FOLKS ARE NOT LIGHT WEIGHTS !!!!!!!!!!! YOU NEED A PROCLAMATION FROM THE GOVERNOR EVENTUALLY. THE BANDITS ARE BIG TIME WITH BIG MONEY AND THEY KNOW IT TALKS !!!!!!!! THIS IS NOT GOING TO END EASILY OR CLEANLY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 THE DEVELOPERS  WANT WHAT THEY WANT AND YOU THE LAND OWNER, THE SMALL BUSINESS OWNER, THE SMALL ENTREPRENEUR DON'T COUNT.

FIGHT BACK, DON'T LET THEM RUN OVER YOU WITH A TRAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
